Located near Tampa, FL.

I am seeking a Tampa, Florida–based PMHNP, MD, or DO preceptor for my Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner clinical rotations beginning Fall 2026.

My clinical training spans August 2026 through June 2027 and requires a total of 540 supervised clinical hours and 540 patient encounters.

Population-specific requirements include:

• 100 hours – Pediatric Psychiatric Management (ages 1–26)
• 250 hours – Adult Psychiatric Management (ages 26–65)
• 50 hours – Geriatric Psychiatric Management (ages 66+)
• 90 hours – Psychotherapy (must be completed within designated practicum terms)

A minimum of 500 hours must focus on age-specific psychiatric management. Up to 200 hours may be completed via HIPAA-compliant telehealth, with both student and preceptor visibly present during sessions.

Clinical placements occur across structured terms between August 2026 and June 2027, with increasing hour intensity in advanced rotations.

I am particularly interested in outpatient or community-based psychiatric settings where I can develop strong competencies in psychiatric evaluation, diagnostic reasoning, psychopharmacologic management, and therapeutic intervention.

As a bilingual Registered Nurse with experience in pediatric and medically complex populations, I bring a strong foundation in assessment, medication administration, interdisciplinary collaboration, and culturally responsive care. I am dependable, well-organized, and committed to maintaining professionalism while contributing meaningfully to the clinical environment.
