NCCGAPNA Member of the Year-DEADLINE EXTENDED!

NCCGAPNA Announces the "NCCGAPNA Member of the Year" award! Applications accepted, including self nominations, until January 30, 2018. Will be awarded February 3, 2018 at the Annual NCCGAPNA "Geriatric Updates" Conference! 

Nominees will be evaluated on the criteria below. Please address each item with examples: 

1. Excels at Geriatric Care 
2. Demonstrates innovative Clinical Practices that enhance care for Geriatric clients
3. Creates clinical models that more efficiently care for geriatric clients
4. Leads change to improve quality of care
5. Promotes an environment of geriatric-friendly political or policy change
6. Excels at communication and relationship building 
7. Energizes others to promote and improve geriatric care
