Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP, FNP, PA-C)  needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh’s client located in San Francisco, CA

Top Skills You Should Possess:

• Five (5+) years of experience in Primary Care setting
• Must be available to work M-F, 8:00am-5:00pm through June 2025 (possibility of extension, not guaranteed)

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Work in a primary care setting – acute and follow up visits for patients aged 18+
• Physical Examinations - Annual physicals, problem based visits, travel medicine, referring to specialists, short term disability leave, Rx management, others
• Vaccine administration
• Other related duties as required
  

What You Need to Bring to the Table:
 

• Active and unrestricted California NP or PA license
• Current BLS certification
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Five (5+) years of experience in Primary Care setting
• Must be available to work M-F, 8:00am-5:00pm through June 2025 (possibility of extension, not guaranteed)
• Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications strongly preferred
