Urgent Hiring: Cardiothoracic Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner Needed in Portland OR!!!

Location: Portland OR Area

Pay Rate:

Local- $4780.00 - $4932.00 Weekly Gross (Eligible for Health benefits)

Travel- $4800.00 - $5073.80 Weekly Gross (eligible for Health Benefits)

MLA Travel Weekly Stipend: $1484.00 a week – MUST BE OVER 50 MILES FROM LOCATION TO QULIFY

• Reason for Coverage: Provider out on extended maternity leave
• Dates of Coverage: ASAP – 3-6 Months with option to extend.
• Practice Description:
• Setting: Hospital & Clinic settings
• Daily Responsibilities: Inpatient Rounding, OR (Mainly Hospital), including tasks such as pulling Epicardial Wires, Chest Tubes, Vein Harvesting, with proficiency in EVH and First Assist. Radial artery harvest experience preferred.
• Shifts/Schedule Expectations: OR – 7:00a-3:45p; Inpatient Rounding 7:15a-3:45p – Monday through Friday
• Call Schedule/Responsibilities: 1:4 Rotation between providers, both weekday and weekend. Call is preferred but NOT required.
• PPD/Census: Generally, 2 OR cases per day. 10-15 patients per day if rounding.

Certifications required/accepted: Certified Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (RNFA certification accepted for NP)

Vaccination Requirement:  Required with Booster
